The BELTSYS® Belted Gearless System has obtained a utility model and is CE certified by Liftinstituut.
Advantages :
- In 2:1 suspension systems, it can achieve a carrying capacity of 1000kg.
- It allows for higher load capacity with smaller drive pulley diameter.
- Steel wires coated with polyurethane are protected against corrosion.
- The certified belt has a longer lifespan compared to steel ropes.
- It consumes less energy compared to equivalent gearless systems.
- It allows for the selection of lower-powered drives.
- It provides a quiet ride and ensures high ride comfort.
